The “Selection” line represents the perfect union between grape variety, territory
and microclimate. The winemaker carefully chooses the best grapes and varieties that
better adapt to the land, giving life to typical wines, of great character
and complexity. Gewürztraminer Kleinstein is a wine with great structure
and complexity, combined with spicy dishes of European and Asian cuisine
as well as a wine for “meditation”.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Variety: Gewürztraminer Production area: warm and steep porphyritic slopes on Renon (Bolzano), at 650 m a.s.l. Harvest: from late September to early October. Vinification: short maceration, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in steel. Colour: intense straw yellow with golden reflections. Bouquet: aromatic with floral notes of rose petals and carnation, fruity hints of lychee, grapefruit and exotic fruit, light scent of honey. Taste: intense, complex and spicy, with a slightly sweet aftertaste. Pairing: with shellfish, spicy dishes of Asian or European cuisine, semi-mature cheeses, speck. Serving temperature: 11-13° C Alcohol: 15.5% vol.
