Origin: Sicily

Ingredients: Wheat flour type 0, sugar, fructose, natural sourdough (wheat), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, milk, whole milk powder, salt, ascorbic acid, butter, liquid butter, egg yolk from free-range category A hens, sugar, Sicilian wildflower honey, orange paste, fresh cream, salt, Madagascar vanilla beans.

WHITE CHOCOLATE COATING

Ingredients: White chocolate (sugar, vegetable fats [palm, coconut], skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: lecithin (from soy), flavors, whole roasted pistachios from Sicily, whole roasted hazelnuts, and Modica chocolate chips.

May contain traces of eggs, peanuts, almonds, soy, and mustard.

PISTACHIO CREAM (35%)

Format: 200 g

Ingredients: Pistachio 35% (EU and non-EU origin), sugar, vegetable oils and fats (oils [sunflower], fats [coconut, cocoa], skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin (E322), flavors, colorant: E141 (ii)-E100, spirulina extract.

May contain peanuts, almonds, and hazelnuts.

HAZELNUT SPREAD (30%)

Ingredients: Sugar, vegetable fat (sunflower), finely crushed biscuit 12%, wheat flour, concentrated butter, skimmed milk powder, barley malt flour, salt, hazelnuts, low-fat cocoa 10/12% cocoa butter, emulsifier lecithin (from soy), natural flavors, antioxidant (rosemary extract), selected hazelnut 30%.

May contain peanuts, pistachios, and almonds.

MODICA CHOCOLATE SPREAD (25%)

Ingredients: Sugar, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, cocoa butter), low-fat cocoa powder, chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, low-fat cocoa powder), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, flavors, Modica IGP chocolate chips (25%) (cocoa mass min. 60% sugar).

May contain: milk, peanuts, pistachios, almonds, and hazelnuts.
