Intense pinkish color reminiscent of the onion skin, the nose is captivating, concrete and of character, expresses notes of red fruit and citrus fruits. On the palate full and decisive, an inviting perlage that enhances the acidity and structure of the wine.

Vinification: Harvest in September, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.

“Valdobbiadene (or valdobiàden in Veneto dialect) & Egrave; universally recognized as the homeland of “Prosecco”, a true jewel of Italian school oenology. It is precisely here that Trevisiol is based today, a glorious company founded and raised under the name of Liberal “Free” Trevisiol who began its activity as “” nor gociant éleveur”” already before the great war in the small hamlet of Selva del Montello (TV). For four generations, Trevisiol has been made of passion, love and complete corporate dedication, which today allow Dario, Paolo and Marco to look out onto the landscape international reaching strategic markets such as the United States and Japan and earning the sympathetic nickname of “Glera masters”. A complete line of products, ranging from the Classic Method, to the Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene by Cartizze, passing through vintage variants selected only in the best vintages. The sparkling wine method used is Martinotti-Charmat with second fermentation in an autoclave to obtain the Brut and Extra Dry versions of the best-sellers “Rive di Collalto”, “Rive di Ogliano” and “Rive di Selva” presented at recent trade fairs. Pioneers in sparkling wine techniques throughout Valdobbiadene, Trevisiol is today a synonym of quality, in Italy and in the world.
