The Pouilly Fuissè by Domaine JA Ferret is a 100% Chardonnay white coming from the best company plots located in Fuissè, a village in the Mâcon region, in Burgundy. The soils on which the vines grow, with an average age of 40 years, have a varied composition: on the one hand granitic, on the other characterized by calcareous and Jurassic marl with clay deposits. After the traditional production process, the wine was aged for several months in stainless steel tanks (55%) and in used wooden barrels - from the 2nd to the 5th passage (45%).

POUILLY FUISSE' DOMAINE JA FERRET: THE TASTING
The Pouilly Fuissè by Domaine JA Ferret presents a straw yellow color with brilliant reflections. On the nose it expresses aromas of apple, white peach and yellow fruits that meet floral notes of lime and acacia together with hints of citrus and sweet spices. On the palate it is soft, intense and balanced, supported by an elegant freshness and a deep minerality that persists in the long finish. At the table it pairs very well with cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as tasty preparations based on white fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
