Cooking on medium or low heat produces the best results. Gradually heat the product to achieve extraordinary flavors and even cooking. If high heat is necessary, lower the intensity once the desired heat level is reached. Do not slide the product on a glass cooktop as it may cause damage to the product's base and the glass. Always lift the product to set it down, move it, or remove it from the surface. Cleaning guide: Wait for the product to cool completely before starting to clean it. Remove any residues from the base and the sidewalls of the product. For stubborn food residues, fill the product with warm soapy water and let it soak for 15-20 minutes before washing it as usual. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal, abrasive sponges, or very hard and stiff brushes for cleaning any of the surfaces. After washing, dry the product thoroughly and store it in a dry place.
