The Riesling Fab N°6 Senior Trocken by Weingut Peter Lauer is made from 100% Riesling grapes. The company's vineyard of origin is called Ayler Kupp and includes vines up to 50 years of age, exposed to the South-West on soil characterized by slate stones. After the harvest, carried out in October, the bunches were placed in the cellar for white vinification. The alcoholic fermentation was activated spontaneously in the barrel, thanks to the action of indigenous yeasts, taking place at a controlled temperature. The refinement lasted 8 months in stainless steel in contact with the fine lees. The mention Troken refers to a dry Riesling, with a maximum residual sugar of 9g/l.

The Riesling Fab N°6 Senior Trocken by Weingut Lauer is straw yellow in color with brilliant reflections. On the nose it expresses aromas of white pulp fruit, acacia flowers and aromatic herbs intertwined with citrus notes of cedar and grapefruit. The sip is vibrantly fresh and clearly mineral. It closes with a long herbaceous and citrus finish. At the table it is appreciated with fresh cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as with light seafood recipes. Excellent in combination with risotto with robiola and asparagus.
