It bears in its name the homage to one of the most beautiful religious buildings in Suvereto, the church of San Giusto, and to the first company vineyard planted in the locality of Ntoi. Produced for the first time in 1992, it is a Cabernet based wine. The “soul” wine of Tua Rita has accompanied the winery since its inception and testifies, in its being, its philosophy: novelty, experimentation, innovation combined with respect for natural rhythms and love for the land of production.
Intense ruby red in color, on the palate it is harmonious and finely outlined, excellent in tannic texture and surprisingly intact on the fruit. Opulent persistence and characterized by a luminous freshness. The olfactory bouquet is complex, rich in ripe dark fruit, spices, mint, licorice and lavender.
Packaging: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Grapes: Merlot 30%, Cabernet Sauvignon 65%, Cabernet Franc 5%.
Aging: about 18 months in first and second passage French wooden barriques; bottled in summer it is left to rest in the bottle for a few months before being released on the market.
Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol.
Serving temperature: 15-18° C.
Pairings: game and game dishes, excellent with jugged wild boar.
