Celebrate with us the 80th Anniversary of Vergani with the special edition of the classic 1 kg panettone! This Vergani panettone, made with sultana raisins and candied orange peel, is produced with natural yeast made using the mother dough method, following the traditional process of Milanese Panettone. The surface of the panettone features typical shallow cuts and has a golden brown crust with slightly different shades. Inside, it has a homogeneous texture characteristic of an artisanal and high-quality product. The flavor is typical of Milanese Panettone, sweet and intense due to the candied fruit and sultana raisins.
