ROSÈ MARCHE IGT 2023 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Production Area: Vineyards owned located in Castel di Lama
Grapes: Montepulciano 100%
Vintage: 2023
Altitude: 200-300 mt above sea level
Soil: Medium texture tending towards clayey
Training system: Guyot
Planting density: 5,000 vines per hectare
Yield per hectare: About 80 quintals
Harvest: The grapes specifically selected for rosé winemaking are harvested in the first decade of September.
Winemaking: Once in the winery, the grapes are destemmed and sent to the press, the entire environment is inerted with carbonic snow to preserve the primary aromas; a brief cryomaceration of about 6 hours is performed to ensure maximum extraction of aromas. Fermentation occurs at a temperature of around 14/15° C. After fermentation, the wine is kept for a few months on the fine lees to enhance its structure.
Color: Bright Pink
Aroma: Intense, the first impact is floral with hints of rose and violet, shortly after, the aromas become more pronounced with notes of small red fruits, currants, and raspberries.
Taste: The wine has a good structure typical of the originating grape variety (Montepulciano), stands out for its pleasant freshness and intense minerality.
VERDICCHIO DOC 2023 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Production area: Vineyards in the original and oldest area of the Castles of Jesi
Grapes: Pure Verdicchio
Vintage: 2023
Average altitude: 100 meters above sea level
Soil type: Medium texture tending towards sandy
Training system: Spurred cordon
Planting density: 5,000 vines per hectare
Yield per hectare: About 80 quintals of grapes
Yield per vine: About 1.5 kg of grapes
Harvest: By hand, early in the morning or late afternoon, in small crates, before being taken to the winery in refrigerated cells.
Fermentation: Verdicchio is obtained from the soft pressing of grapes that are harvested by hand when slightly overripe. They undergo soft pressing and the must is collected in refrigeration containers and brought to 5°C for static decantation. Subsequently, it is transferred to stainless-steel tanks, where it is vinified at controlled temperature to preserve its aromatic profile. The resulting wine matures in stainless-steel containers, always at controlled temperature, until the moment of sterile bottling.
Color: Shiny straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: Intense and complex, floral and pleasantly fruity, revealing its character with vegetal notes of aromatic herbs.
Taste: Balanced, persistent, full, and sapid with a typical pleasantly bitter finish.
LACRIMA DI MORRO D'ALBA DOC CLASSICO 2021 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Production area: Vineyards owned located in the Municipality of San Marcello - Ancona
Grapes: Pure Lacrima di Morro d’Alba
Vintage: 2021
Average altitude: 100-150 meters above sea level

Harvest: Generally in mid-September. Harvested in small containers, the grapes are sent to the company where, after careful further selection, they are vinified.
Fermentation: After destemming, the grapes are sent to fermentation tanks in steel, where they ferment at controlled temperature. The maceration on the skins lasts about 20 days, during which daily pump-overs are performed, almost exclusively closed, to preserve the fruity and floral aromas characteristic of this grape variety.
Color: Intense ruby red, with purplish reflections.
Aroma: Aromatic profile of singular richness. Intense, pleasantly fruity of strawberries and sour cherries, and floral of violet and rose buds.
Taste: On the palate, it presents itself as soft, slightly tannic, with slight herbaceous hints, in perfect harmony with the olfactory sensations.
