View: Silky, golden color, fine and abundant bubbles.
Nose: A very expressive saline character that reveals a fresh and citrusy nose. The chalky minerality is complemented by exotic fruit aromas, followed by grilled and spicy notes as the wine opens up.
Palate: Large and well structured on entry, the palate is perfectly balanced and completed by some saline and fresh raspberry notes. The spicy finish is enhanced by notes of almonds and toasting, making it a wine that possesses both delicacy and character.
Food pairing:
Ideal throughout the meal with even complex dishes, with a structure and aroma capable of aging wonderfully.
