HOW TO USE: Shake well before use. Apply with a cotton pad on the eye area. Clean one eye at a time. Apply and wait a few seconds for the formula to work. Repeat the operation, if necessary, with a clean cotton pad. To remove the lipstick, use the product on a tissue to pass over the lips with gentle movements. Rinse with cold water.
