The Canella Alcohol Free White Peach Bellini Cocktail is a surprising non-alcoholic version of the iconic Venetian cocktail. The recipe includes 3/4 de-alcoholized wine to which 1/4 juice and pulp of white peaches from the "Maria Bianca" variety, harvested at perfect ripeness, sweet and juicy, from the company orchard in San Donà di Piave (VE), is added. A few drops of raspberry juice complete the blend. In short, it has the same base as the classic Bellini, but without the alcoholic part, which is excluded thanks to a refined process that preserves the aromatic part of the wine.

The Canella Alcohol Free White Peach Bellini Cocktail presents a bright salmon pink color. On the nose, it releases fragrant aromas of white peach. On the palate, it is soft, juicy, and extremely fresh, with a pleasant fruity taste. Perfect as an aperitif to sip well chilled or possibly with ice.
