Young Erouva Basso Grado is the result of the double distillation of pomace, coming from various Venetian locations. The next stage of distillation is that of rest. On average, the product remains in aseptic containers for a period of about 6 months and only after inspection by the customs laboratories, the product is transformed (brought to the desired gradation with the addition of distilled water) and put in the bottle. The finished product stays in the bottle from a minimum of 20 to a maximum of 40 days before being placed on the market.

A young grappa. The name derives from the union between Ero and Grape to recall the common origin of grappa and brandy.
It is a modern and very refined interpretation, different from grappa traditional thanks to the excellent balance between the heat of the alcohol and the aromatic part.
