The Grillo Carolina Marengo Kisa by Feudi del Pisciotto is 100% Grillo based. The reference vineyards are located in the territory of Niscemi (CL), located on loose soil, at an altitude of approximately 100 meters above sea level. After the harvest, carried out with a yield of 55 quintals per hectare, the bunches were transported to the cellar for white winemaking. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature and was followed by malolactic fermentation. The refinement took place for 8 months in barrique and 8 months in the bottle.

The Grillo Carolina Marengo Kisa by Feudi del Pisciotto presents a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose it offers aromas of apple and yellow pulp fruit that intertwine with hints of Mediterranean scrub and warm notes of vanilla and sweet spices. The taste is soft and full-bodied, supported by an engaging saline freshness that persists in the slightly spicy finish. Ideal in combination with cheeses and rich vegetarian dishes as well as tasty seafood recipes such as baked swordfish with raisins and pine nuts.
