Organoleptic examination: Intense straw yellow color, bright and warm. Consistent. Wide bouquet, with tones of ripe pear and grapefruit followed by mint and honey. Floral shades of broom and hawthorn. Acid and fresh shoulder highlights the mineral content of the soil. Food pairing: Ideal to be enjoyed with grilled marinades, rabbit with hunter and medium-aged cheeses.
