Straw yellow color tending to golden and tends to
load. Aromatic, intense, characteristic and unmistakable aroma. With the scent of roses, cloves, spices and exotic fruits. The taste is aromatic, fine, delicate and full-bodied, with a pleasant aftertaste.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Grape variety: 100% Trentino Aromatic Traminer Production and Winemaking Area: Our production comes from plots located in the hilly area of Roverè della Luna and in the hills of Pressano di Lavis, raised with a simple pergola in loam and clayey soils. After the harvest, the grapes are subjected to an immediate soft pressing, after a short cold maceration the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature without malolactic fermentation, followed by a aging in steel. Grape variety: Aromatic Traminer, it has a rather small, compact, short sometimes winged bunch, of an amber-rosé color with a fleshy pulp and aromatic flavor. The leaf is small, rounded and pentagonal. Optimal consumption: The optimal period for consumption is within two to three years from bottling. Pairings: Intense as an aperitif, it goes well with apple risotto, raw ham and figs, melon, various pates and mousses, prawns and shellfish in general, white meats and cooked cheeses. Serving temperature: 10-12° to be uncorked at the moment
