The Ribolla Gialla by Vigne di Zamò is made from 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes. After the harvest carried out at the end of September, the bunches were conveyed to the cellar to be destemmed and pressed in order to obtain the must. The alcoholic fermentation took place in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16-18°C. The refinement took place for 8 months in stainless steel in contact with the yeasts.
RIBOLLA GIALLA VINEYARDS OF ZAMO': TASTING
The Ribolla Gialla by Vigne di Zamò has an intense straw yellow color. The nose displays aromas of yellow pulp fruit, aromatic herbs combined with hints of citrus and flint. The taste is fresh and balanced, supported by a strong minerality that flows into the finish. At the table it goes well with cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as delicious recipes based on white fish, molluscs and crustaceans.

Oscar Farinetti, Pierluigi, Silvano and Brigitte continue the path traced by the family of origin, continuing to interpret the tradition and personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia and combining the great quality respect for the earth and attention to native vines. Le Vigne di Zamò, however, remains a family and artisan company, which has been able to give prestige to its wines by charging them with intangible values until they become part of the myth.
