Cantine Due Palme's Selvarossa comes from a blend of Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grown as Apulian saplings on soils characterized by red earth rich in clay and graphite. After the manual harvest, part of the grapes were subjected to a brief drying in the fruit room. During the red vinification, the alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel with maceration of the must for 14 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in barrique. The refinement lasted 9 months in barrique.

The Selvarossa by Cantine Due Palme presents itself in the glass with an intense ruby red color. On the nose it expresses aromas of small ripe red berries that meet hints of aromatic herbs and notes of vanilla, black pepper and dark spices. The sip is warm and structured, supported by well-integrated tannins and a pleasant fruity and spicy finish. At the table it goes well with mature cheeses as well as tasty land dishes based on red meat.
