Cavit's Bottega Vinai Cabernet Sauvignon is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon-based red. The vineyards of origin are located in Vallagarina, precisely between the municipalities of Rovereto and Avio (TN), located on loam-sandy-gravelly soils. After the manual harvest, carried out in October, the bunches were transported to the cellar for red vinification. The alcoholic fermentation, with maceration of the must on the skins, lasted for over 10 days in stainless steel. The refinement lasted a few months in French oak barriques and small Slavonian oak barrels.

Cavit's Cabernet Sauvignon Bottega Vinai stands out at the sight of an intense ruby red color. On the nose it offers aromas of blackberry, blueberry and berries which intertwine with light hints of aromatic herbs and notes of vanilla, cloves and oriental spices. The taste is full and balanced, supported by sweet tannins. At the table it can be fully enjoyed with cheeses and tasty land recipes based on red meat or game.
