The Spumante Opera Rosè by Le Marchesine comes from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Bianco grapes. After the manual harvest, the bunches were transported to the cellar and subjected to soft pressing. The must was fermented in stainless steel tanks for a few days at a controlled temperature. The second alcoholic fermentation, responsible for the second fermentation, took place in the bottle where the wine remained to rest for 18 months in contact with the yeasts. The residual sugar is equal to 10 grams/litre.

SPARKLING OPERA ROSE' LE MARCHESINE: TASTING
The Spumante Opera Rosè by Le Marchesina shines in the glass with a pale pink color enhanced by a fine perlage. On the nose it expresses aromas of cherry and berries that meet floral scents and notes of citrus fruits and bread crust. The taste is fresh and lively, with good minerality and pleasant persistence. Excellent in combination with cured meats and cheeses as well as exquisite seafood recipes, especially if tomato-based.
