In/Taglio is a series of cutting boards/centerpieces in which is proposed an unusual combination between the raw Canaletto walnut wood and some porcelain stoneware elements, signed by Patricia Urquiola for the Mutina's refined catalogue, recessed and fixed together within a thin steel base equipped with a small containment edge.
This is how unique objects are created, elegant, to be used with smplicity in the kitchen and to be brought directly to the table, to serve in a completely original and surprising way.
Patricia Urquiola's refined decorations give an imprint of refined creativity to a very simple and linear object.
The choice to use products signed by Ceramiche Mutina for knIndustrie objects was natural: both companies apply a similar method of production focused on research in materials, experimentation with innovative technologies, Instructions In/Cutting
Wash the chopping board after each use
• do not use powders and/or abrasive scouring pads to wash; simply use warm water and a sponge Soft with a minimum amount of neutral detergent • Do not wash in the dishwasher
• Allow to dry In/Cut before storing carefully
• avoid shocks
• follow the following instructions Maintenance of the chopping board; it is good to oil the product every 2 months, without the use of chemicals, but with simple olive oil.
Pour a light layer of oil onto the wooden surface of the chopping board and leave to stand for at least an hour.
This operation can be repeated several times.
Once the oil is absorbed, pass the cutting board with a dry cloth.
