Our Carnaroli rice bears the name «Classico» on the packaging, to guarantee that its
varietal traceability is 100% authentic and therefore does not contain substitute varieties such as Karnak or Carnise.
Like all our rice, Acqua e Sole's Carnaroli is sown, cultivated, harvested and packaged within our company, to guarantee a certified and closed supply chain.
