Antinori's Bruciato Bolgheri Guado al Tasso was obtained from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (65%), Merlot (20%) and Syrah (15%) grapes from the vineyards of Tenuta Guado al Tasso near Bolgheri (LI). Here the soils are of alluvial origin, with a clay-sandy and clay-silty matrix, in some cases with a significant presence of skeleton. The alcoholic fermentation and maceration took place in stainless steel for 10-15 days at a temperature of 28-30°C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged for 12 months in barriques. Before being marketed, it rested for a further 4 months in the bottle.
IL BRUCIATO ANTINORI BOLGHERI: TASTING
Antinori's Bruciato Bolgheri Guado al Tasso enchants in the glass with its intense ruby red color. The nose reveals aromas of cherry and small ripe red fruits that intertwine with hints of sweet spices and light balsamic notes. On the palate it is soft and well-structured, supported by a balanced taste and smooth tannins that make it enveloping. Persistent finish. At the table it pairs well with cured meats and semi-mature cheeses as well as tasty recipes based on red meat or game.
