Antinori's Villa Antinori Bianco comes from a blend of Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Trebbiano Giallo, Riesling Renano and Malvasia Toscana grapes. After harvesting, the bunches were destemmed and subjected to soft pressing. The must thus obtained was brought to a temperature of 10°C to facilitate natural clarification. The alcoholic fermentation, aimed at transforming the sugars into alcohol, took place at a controlled temperature not exceeding 18°C. Before being marketed, the wine rested for a few months in stainless steel tanks: the treatment in small batches allowed the freshness and aroma of the grapes to be best preserved.

The Toscana Bianco Villa Antinori by Antinori appears in the glass of a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose it expresses intense aromas of pineapple, banana and yellow pulp fruit combined with gentle notes of white flowers. The sip is fresh and pleasantly fruity, enriched by a strong minerality that persists in the finish. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with fresh cheeses and vegetarian dishes at the table. Excellent pairing with first and second seafood courses based on fish, crustaceans and molluscs.
