Arnaldo Caprai's Grechetto Montefalco was obtained from 90% Grechetto and 10% Sauvignon grapes harvested with a yield of 80-90 quintals per hectare. White vinification took place in the cellar, i.e. in the absence of maceration of the must on the skins required for the production of red wines. The refinement took place for 3 months in stainless steel and for a further 3 months in the bottle. The Grechetto vine is particularly widespread in some parts of Central Italy, especially in Umbria.

GRECHETTO MONTEFALCO ARNALDO CAPRAI: TASTING
Arnaldo Caprai's Grechetto Montefalco stands out at the sight of an intense straw yellow color. On the nose it offers aromas of tropical yellow fruit, wild flowers, citrus fruits and aromatic herbs. The sip is fresh and mineral with a distinctly fruity taste and an almondy finish. At the table it pairs well with cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as tasty seafood recipes based on white fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
