The Sagrantino Montefalco 25 years of Caprai was born to celebrate the company's quarter-century in 1993 and has become a symbol and a repeatedly appreciated label over the years. It is pure Sagrantino, what better way for Arnaldo and Marco to glorify this first part of their journey? The grapes are vinified using cutting-edge methods in the winery, completely renovated in 1997 and continuously updated according to sustainability parameters. The wine then ages for 24 months in French oak barriques and at least 8 months in the bottle before being released to the market.
