Chardonnay with powerful aromas of citrus, sea foam, baked spices. Excellent depth and concentration of flavors reminiscent of apple and citrus again, especially grapefruit and lime, with perfectly balanced acidity.

Vinification: A small percentage of barrels are filled with freshly pressed must, the others after a slight settling and cleaning. Bâtonnage and aging in French wood with compact grain.

Nicholas Keeler is the son of Craig and Gabriele Keeler, who lead the “Keeler Estate Vineyard” winery in Amity, Oregon. Amity is a small village located about 60 km south of Portland. A fully functioning ecosystem: a nature reserve rich in wildlife, small lakes and waterfalls, streams, forests and vineyards conducted with biodynamic methods. Nicholas Keeler creates his Authentique Wine Cellars brand wines by hand with “small batch” productions from “single vineyards”, both from the family vineyard and from others famous vineyards located in the Willamette Valley. The natural productions of Authentique Wine Cellars (the grapes of the Keeler Estate Vineyard have Demeter and “Stellar Organic” biodynamic certification) follow very high quality standards.
