Passito wine with a characteristic golden yellow color with amber reflections. Complex bouquet, stand out the primary aromas of Traminer (rose, litchis), candied fruits and dried fruits (dehydrated apricot and almond), sweet spice, honeyed note. Pleasantly sweet, soft, P.A.I. very long.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0,375 lt

Grapes: Aromatic Traminer 85%, Riesling 15%.
Harvest: Manual in the second ten days of September, bunch by bunch. Drafting on racks for about 3 months in a cool and ventilated room. Wilting leads to a loss equal to 40 -50% of the initial weight.
Vinification: Selection by grapes of dried grapes, soft and prolonged pressing with pneumatic press. Fermentation at controlled temperature until its natural interruption. Aging in stainless steel tank for about 9 months. Further aging in bottle for 6 months.
Alcohol content: 12% Vol.
Serving temperature: 12-14°C
Pairing: Ideal with dried fruit desserts, almond paste, cantuccini. Try it with blue cheeses.

The Bellaveder farm is located in Maso Belvedere, in the municipality of Faedo - Trento. I medium-textured soils, calcareous, moderately deep and rich in skeleton, the climatic conditions characterized by high temperature variations, the exposure completely facing South Southwest, offer the possibility to enhance both white berry varieties, such as Chardonnay, Aromatic Traminer, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon, and red fruit varieties, such as Lagrein, Teroldego and Pinot Noir.
