The Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut '61 by Berlucchi represents the excellence of Italian sparkling wine tradition. Made with a blend of Chardonnay (80%) and Pinot Noir (20%), this wine originates from the vineyards of Franciacorta, one of the most renowned areas for the production of classic method sparkling wines. The vines are grown on morainic soils, rich in minerals, which give the wine remarkable complexity and finesse. The grapes are hand-harvested, with a rigorous selection of the best bunches. After alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, following the classic method, with aging on the lees for at least 24 months.

The Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut '61 by Berlucchi presents itself in the glass with a brilliant straw yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage.
