The Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry 'Jeio' Prosecco by Bisol originates from a careful blend that combines the indigenous Glera grape with small percentages of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, and Verdiso. The vines of these varieties grow on the hills of Valdobbiadene, at about 200 meters above sea level, using traditional double inverted and sylvoz training systems. The south, east, and west-facing soils favor perfect grape ripening. The harvest, which takes place in September, precedes vinification with fermentation in steel. Subsequently, the wine undergoes a second fermentation according to the Martinotti Method.
