Intense and impenetrable ruby red color with decidedly violet reflections. Extremely intense aroma, with clear notes of blackberry and almond which conclude with sensations reminiscent of aromatic herbs such as thyme, rosemary, and wild bushes. Dry taste, rightly soft and with long persistence.

I vini Bisson nascono gli albori del 1978 quando Pierluigi Lugano, maestro d’arte e sommelier affermato, decide di valorizzare le uve della Rivera Ligure del Levante. Gli ottimi risultati ottenuti hanno permesso di far rivivere veri e propri vini liguri autoctoni che ormai erano praticamente scomparsi, come per esempio la “Bianchetta Genovese” ed il “Ciliegiolo” e di creare nuove intuizioni come il “Musaico”. Lo spumante Abissi è una bollicina dal grande fascino. Viene posta a mutare per tredici mesi nei fondali della “Baia del Silenzio” a circa 40 metri di profondità. Bisson, vini affascinanti da non perdere.
