The Prosecco Extra Dry Millesimato di Bosco Albano was obtained from 100% Glera grapes. The reference vineyards are rooted in soil rich in clay and limestone with a good presence of skeleton and organic substance. In the cellar, white vinification took place - without maceration of the must on the skins - for the production of the base wine. Subsequently, refermentation took place in an autoclave for the second fermentation which lasted for 18-20 days at a temperature of 14-16°C.

The Prosecco Extra Dry Millesimato of Bosco Albano is highlighted by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections enhanced by lively bubbles. The nose offers aromas of yellow fruit, citrus fruits and bread crust. The taste is soft and pleasant, supported by a good balance between freshness and sugar content. At the table it pairs very well with cheeses and fried foods as well as dry pastries and cream-based desserts.
