Bruno Giacosa's Nebbiolo is a tasting, accessible to everyone, of the qualitative greatness of those vineyards and of that practical knowledge that distinguishes and elevates the wines of this mythical company. The grapes come from various vineyards between Barbaresco and Barolo, some owned and some from those farmers with whom Bruno collaborated for years, just as his father did before him in the early 1900s. After careful selection, the grapes ferment in steel; the wine then traditionally ages in large wooden barrels and for 5 months in bottle before being released on the market.
NEBBIOLO BRUNO GIACOSA: THE TASTING
Bruno Giacosa's Nebbiolo presents itself in the glass with an enchanting ruby color with garnet reflections. On the nose, it shows elegance and youth: rose, violet, cherries, licorice balms, and light notes of mace. The palate is precise and perfect, with great freshness, sculpted tannins, fine savoriness, and a refreshing length. It is worth getting to know on its own and then pairing with a succulent roast pork with porcini mushrooms.

Bruno Giacosa, after starting to help his grandfather in the winery, purchased the Falletto vineyard in Serralunga d'Alba in 1982, which then became a true Agricultural Company.
Today, the owned hectares amount to twenty, extending between Serralunga d'Alba, La Morra, and Barbaresco. The wines of the Falletto Agricultural Company all come from owned vineyards and are vinified in its own cellars in Neive.
