Canella's Cuvèe Brut 47 sparkling wine is made from 70% Glera grapes with the addition of 30% Chardonnay grapes harvested in the first ten days of September. In the cellar the white vinification took place entirely in stainless steel. The second fermentation in compliance with the rules of the Charmat or Martinotti Method took place in an autoclave and lasted for a period of 45-60 days. The residual sugar is equal to 8 grams/litre.

Canella's Cuvèe Brut 47 sparkling wine stands out at the sight of a pale straw yellow color enhanced by lively bubbles. On the nose it expresses aromas of yellow pulp fruit and white flowers together with hints of aromatic herbs and bread crust. The taste is fresh and lively supported by a good flavor. Ideal as an aperitif, it lends itself well to accompanying cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as delicious appetizers and seafood first courses.
