Grapes: 100% Verdicchio
Vinification: in white reduction of the grapes with carbon snow, soft pressing under vacuum, thermo-conditioned fermentation after cleaning the must by flotation.
Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol.
Pairings: It can be combined according to the most classic rules of Verdicchio: fish, hot and cold appetizers, delicate white meats, cheeses and first courses. Better cool at 12°C.

Cantine Belisario, founded in 1971, is now an agricultural company with 300 hectares of vineyards and a winery with a capacity of 30,000 Hl. It is the largest producer of a typical white wine from the Marche region: Verdicchio di Matelica DOC. All vineyards are close to the winery, at a maximum distance of 10 minutes, and are all located in the Alta Valle Esina.
