Rose petal pink from Sangiovese grapes vinified in white. Pleasantly suited to any situation of food and wine hedonism. Young but still mature, devoid of sensory edges but always savory and citrus.

Vinification: with maceration of 15 days, fermentation for 2 months in stainless steel tanks.

Cantine Belisario, founded in 1971, is now an agricultural company with 300 hectares of vineyards and a winery with a capacity of 30,000 Hl. It is the largest producer of a typical white wine from the Marche region: Verdicchio di Matelica DOC. All vineyards are close to the winery, at a maximum distance of 10 minutes, and are all located in the Alta Valle Esina.
