A few thousand bottles for those who love important wines. Produced only with Matelicese clone Verdicchio grapes from organically managed vineyards. Vinified in the total absence of added sulfur dioxide according to the rules of organic wines, with the peculiar complex technique of hyperoxygenation, it matures at least until April. It is complex in its aromas and taste, an original Verdicchio, soft, structured, persistent, of surprising pleasure, savory.

Vinification: in thermocontrolled white, aging for 5 months in stainless steel tanks.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, hot appetizers, elaborate first courses, fish

Cantine Belisario, founded in 1971, is now an agricultural company with 300 hectares of vineyards and a winery with a capacity of 30,000 Hl. It is the largest producer of a typical white wine from the Marche region: Verdicchio di Matelica DOC. All vineyards are close to the winery, at a maximum distance of 10 minutes, and are all located in the Alta Valle Esina.
