"La firma" is a ruby-colored wine with vibrant purple reflections, bright and impenetrable. On the nose, it is complex and characterized by aromas of small black fruits in jam, licorice, fenugreek, and carob on a spicy background. On the palate, it is powerful and harmonious, characterized by velvety tannins and a long and pleasantly balsamic finish.
Packaging: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Grapes: 100% Aglianico del Vulture
Winemaking: maceration for about 20 days, allowing for more extraction with perfect ripening of the tannins.
Aging: in natural tuff caves, in barrels or tonneaux of French oak, for a period of at least 12 months and another 12 in the bottle.
Alcohol content: 14% Vol.
Serving temperature: 18°C
Pairings: Excellent with game, braised red meats, and aged cheeses.
