The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG by Cerbaia is a wine that originates in the heart of Tuscany, in the prestigious Montalcino area, from Sangiovese Grosso grapes cultivated in vineyards located between 350 and 400 meters above sea level. The Cerbaia estate, family-run, spans approximately 12 hectares, of which 4 are vineyard, and has always been committed to sustainable viticulture, respectful of the environment and the rhythms of nature. The terroir, characterized by clayey soils and a breezy climate, contributes to imparting elegance, structure, and longevity to the wine. After a manual harvest and traditional vinification in steel, the wine matures for at least 36 months in Slavonian oak barrels, followed by an additional 12 months of aging in the bottle. The Brunello di Cerbaia is a wine with a strong territorial identity, an authentic expression of the denomination, designed to evolve magnificently over time.

In appearance, it presents itself with an intense and brilliant garnet red color. The nose is complex and deep, with aromas of ripe cherry, dried plum, leather, tobacco, sweet spices, and balsamic nuances. On the palate, it is powerful and harmonious, with dense but well-polished tannins, vibrant acidity, and a solid structure that supports a long and persistent sip. The finish is savory, elegant, with returns of dark fruit and tertiary notes. A Brunello of great character, capable of narrating the tradition and vocation of its original territory.
