ORGANIC BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO DOCG 2017 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Ruby red, with garnet reflections, the nose is elegant and complex, with notes of red fruit, such as cherry and morello cherry, and spicy hints. The taste is structured and balanced, with tannins
pleasantly ripe. Closes with a long, fruity and persistent finish.
Grapes: Particular clones of Sangiovese, selected by Col d'Orcia.
Production area: Montalcino - Siena - Sant'Angelo hill overlooking the Orcia river, with good southern exposure which allows it to be sunny for the whole day. Average altitude 300 m asl
Harvest: Manual harvest, with rigorous selection of the best bunches in the vineyard and then on the sorting table in the cellar.
Vinification: Fermentation on the skins lasting 18-20 days, at a controlled temperature below 28° C, in 150 hl low and wide steel tanks, specially made to extract tannins and color effectively but delicately.
Aging: 4 years, 3 of which in Allier and Slavonian oak barrels with a capacity of 25 - 50 and 75 hl and subsequent refinement in the bottle for at least 12 months in temperature-controlled rooms.
Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol.
Service temperature: 18°C

ORGANIC RED OF MONTALCINO DOC 2020 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Intense ruby red wine with violet reflections. It has a large and complex bouquet, with notes of cherry and black cherry, followed by a rich boisè and spices. The taste is elegant and soft, with pleasantly ripe tannins. It has a fruity, long and persistent aftertaste.
Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Production area: Own vineyards, located in Montalcino, on the hill of Sant'Angelo, overlooking the river Orcia, southern exposure. Average altitude 250 meters above sea level
Vinification: Fermentation on the skins lasting 10 - 12 days, at a controlled temperature below 28°C in low and wide 150 hl steel tanks, specially made to delicately extract tannins and colour.
Aging: 9 months in 75-150 hl capacity Slavonian oak barrels. This is followed by refinement in the bottle.
Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol.
Service temperature: 18°C

GINEPRONE CHIANTI DOCG 2019 ORGANIC - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Intense ruby red, with a broad and complex bouquet, with hints of ripe red fruits accompanied by the spices donated by the oak. Wine with good structure, full and persistent. The soft and ripe tannins lead to a fresh, savory and pleasantly fruity aftertaste.
Grapes: Sangiovese 85% - International grape varieties 15%
Production area: Province of Siena.
Maturation: A few months in Slavonian oak barrels.
Refinement: 4 months.
Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol.
