LArneis di Cordero di Montezemolo comes from 100% Arneis grapes. The original vineyards are located between the municipalities of La Morra and Alba (CN) and in the Roero area, on silty and sandy soils. After the manual harvest, carried out between the 10th and 20th of September, the bunches were transferred to the cellar to be pressed, partially destemmed and softly pressed. The alcoholic fermentation of the must continued in stainless steel tanks for approximately 1 month. The refinement lasted a few months in stainless steel in contact with the fine lees.
LANGHE ARNEIS CORDERO DI MONTEZEMOLO: TASTING The Arneis of Cordero di Montezemolo presents itself to the eye with a straw yellow color with brilliant reflections. On the nose it displays aromas of white peach, melon and yellow pulp fruit which combine with floral hints of chamomile and hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is fresh and pleasantly savory, with a persistent fruity and citrus finish. At the table it can be fully enjoyed with cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as with delicious seafood recipes.
