The Prosecco Rosé DOC Extra Dry by Costaross is part of the "hipster and funky" line that Vinicola Serena dedicates to younger enthusiasts. The grapes come from various vineyards in the provinces of Treviso, Padua, Pordenone and Venice; this wine is made from 90% Glera grapes and the remaining 10% Pinot Noir. The rosé version of Prosecco became part of the specification, with a certain stir, starting from 2020. The sparkling process traditionally takes place according to the Charmat method in steel autoclaves.

The Prosecco Rosé DOC Extra Dry by Costaross shows off a bright pale pink color with lively perlage and persistent foam. On the nose it has notes of white and red flowers, apple and pear accompanied by wild strawberries and raspberries. In the mouth it is fresh and harmonious, with the residual sugar of around 15g/L well integrated. Good paired with brown bread, salted butter and salmon, or with delicate cured meats, such as a 13 month San Daniele.
