White wine produced by Costers del Priorat, whose grapes come from parcels selected from the vineyards of Sant Martì and Mas Alsera. It combines the characteristics of local varieties: the mineral depth of the Macabeo, the energetic acidity and the Mediterranean character of the Garnacha Blanca and the warmth of Pedro Ximénez.

Grape varieties: Garnacha Blanca, Macabeo and Pedro Ximénez
Vinification: The grapes are selected, destemmed and left to macerate on the skins for three days. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in part in steel, partly in 225 litre French oak barrels.
