White wine with a greenish color with yellowish reflections. Bouquet with fruity notes of peach, apricot and green apple, alternating with hints of honey and flowers. Classy wine, in the mouth very balanced with taste of peaches and apricots.

Vinification: Soft pressing, aging in 600l barrels for about one year.

Twelve hectares of dreams and ambitions, cultivated in the heart of the Côte-Rôtie: Jean Michel Gerin is ; one of the most histrionic characters in the entire Rhone Valley, as well as being a winemaker with a great pedigree, since his family has been cultivating vines in these areas for 6 generations. The Domaine was founded in 1983, and the first bottle came out of the cellar with the 1987 harvest: from this moment on, projects and expectations grew out of proportion. Syrah and Viognier are the grapes grown, which, in addition to being produced in purity, in some bottles give life to very interesting blends, in which the spicy and floral scents of the viognier are able to give further complexity to the syrah. There are eight wines produced by Domaine Jean Michel Gerin, and have a sumptuous structure, in which the fruity aromatic component prevails over the tannic texture, and where the wood used for ageing is felt in a distinct and balanced way, but never too covering
