The Riesling "Vigna Castel Ringberg" presents itself with a clear and fresh straw-yellow color. Aromas of white peach, a hint of citrus, fresh aromatic herbs, and mineral notes dominate the rich bouquet. The pronounced freshness and balanced acidity explode harmoniously on the palate, revealing the mineral structure and innate elegance in a surprising finish.
Packaging: 6 bottles of 0.75 lt Grape variety: 100% Riesling Production area: Cru vineyard Vigna Castel Ringberg, Municipality of Caldaro, hill above Lake Caldaro, at 400 m above sea level, exposure of the vineyard towards the southeast. Medium-textured calcareous moraine soil with clayey and sandy parts. Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes, with static decantation of the must. Fermentation in steel barrels at a controlled temperature of approx. 18° C, long contact on the lees after fermentation until bottling. Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol. Aging: 3-5 years
