Elena Walch's Chardonnay is a 100% Chardonnay-based white. The reference vineyards, facing South-East, are rooted in hilly limestone soils, at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level. The winemaking included an alcoholic fermentation phase in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20°C. The refinement took place for a few months in stainless steel in contact with the yeasts.

Elena Walch's Chardonnay offers a straw yellow color with brilliant reflections. On the nose it offers aromas of golden apple, pineapple and tropical yellow pulp fruit that meet hints of white flowers and notes of aromatic herbs and flint. The taste is soft and balanced, with intense mineral freshness. Ideal as an aperitif, at the table it goes well with cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as delicious seafood recipes based on white fish, mollusks and crustaceans.
