Characteristic bronze in color, a vinous and spicy scent. Notes of sandalwood, resin and undergrowth. In the mouth it is enveloping, velvety, intense and savory. Regale persistence. Back-smell of marsala, cinnamon and oak. Articulated and complex bouquet with a sweet finish of raisins, citrus fruits and ripe plum. Taste with delicate aromas of leather, vanilla and walnut accompany the austerity of its tannins.

A young grappa. The name derives from the union between Ero and Grape to recall the common origin of grappa and brandy.
