“Cuvée n° 5" Trento Doc Extra Brut is a classic method sparkling wine with an intense straw yellow color, with a rich and intense bouquet with notes of orange citrus fruits, delicate flowers and notes of sea algae, with a final of croissants and dry pastry. Extremely balanced, with excellent creaminess and volume.

Grape varieties: 100% Chardonnay
Fermentation: 60% in stainless steel and 40% in Austrian oak tonneaux and subsequent aging for 7 months.
Bottle aging: at least 36 months.
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
Dosage: 3.9 g/l
