The “WeissBurgunder” Pinot Blanc with its hints of apple, pear and citrus is characterized by its lively acidity and its pronounced freshness.
Package: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Grape varieties: 100% Pinot Bianco
Harvest: manual between mid-and late September.
Vinification: fermentation with controlled temperature in large acacia wood barrels. It follows a ten-month aging on coarse lees, always in the same barrels. After bottling, Pinot Blanc is stored for 6 months in the farm so that it can mature and develop its aromas at best.

Falkenstein was born from the desire of Franz and Bernadette Pratzner who decided in 1989 devote themselves exclusively to viticulture. Franz Pratzner, a winemaker of few words but full of ideas, follows his wines lovingly, as if they were children, each with a different character. He accompanies them in the cellar, choosing with great passion the path suitable for expressing their potential to the maximum and then in their development process until they are enough. ripe to handle on their own.
