Rèmole Rosato is the freshest and most fragrant expression of the Rèmole line, created by the historic Frescobaldi family, a protagonist of Tuscan winemaking for over seven centuries. This wine is born from the union of red grape varieties cultivated in vineyards located in the central area of Tuscany, selected to create a modern and immediate rosé that still preserves the elegance and identity of its place of origin. The winemaking process is aimed at preserving the fruit's fragrance: after a brief maceration with the skins, fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, to keep the aromatic components and taste freshness intact. The result is a rosé of great versatility, perfect as an aperitif but also paired with summer dishes, gourmet salads, and preparations based on fish or white meats.

Rèmole Rosato presents itself in the glass with a pale, bright, and luminous pink color. On the nose, it expresses delicate aromas of small red fruits such as wild strawberries, raspberries, and currants, accompanied by floral notes of dog rose and citrus hints. On the palate, it is fresh, smooth, and harmonious, with a pleasant acidity that gives balance and clarity to the sip.
